Can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I last updated my blog.
No, wait. I can, actually.
It’s been an insane year. I wish I could pretend that the reason I haven’t posted in so long is because I was busy. That’s part of it, of course. But mostly, I think I just got lazy. And uninspired. Which is the worst of it all. (And here, I can also go into how I was pouring all of my inspiration & creativity into my new job and didn’t have energy left for anything else, but excuses are BORING so let’s just move on).
The point is, lately, I started pushing myself to do more with my time. To do what I actually love like taking photos and getting them out there for people to see. I quit Instagram for almost a year, but I’ve been making conscious effort to post more this summer and especially this fall (favorite time of the year and all~). I want to come back and blog as well, but I don’t know if I’ll have the commitment to do it in the same capacity I was doing it in before.
So I’ll just keep it simple and post photos. It’s the least I can do.
All those pictures rotting away in my Lightroom collections are finally going to the see the light of day (do you see what I did there).
I’m starting with my trip to Europe, which was almost a year ago now. Specifically, a day in Barcelona when Lin and I covered a pretty huge portion of the city, and finished our day with a beautiful sunset atop Montjuïc.
